Since this web site operates 24 hours a day: all orders received after 2:00 PM EST through midnight will be processed the following business day.

ValetTickets.Com and or PC Solutions, LLC assume no liability for the use of our tickets by our customers and or their employees, including but not limited to disclaimers, car diagrams or any portion of the valet tickets or information therein. Valet Tickets .Com assumes no liability for local town, city, state or municipal ordinances.

All Custom Printed Tickets require 1-3 Business days production time from confirmation of your payment.

All Company logo’s used to print tickets or proofs, remain the property of ValetTickets.Com and may be used in advertising on our website to which placement of this order grants us permission.

All Company logo’s are printed in black only unless you order custom color tickets.

All Tickets have ValetTickets.Com’s Company information on them. If you need this removed, a fee of $ 5.00 per 1000 tickets found under “Additional Services” category on left side of web site.

If your Air Shipment is on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and requires a Saturday Delivery, YOU MUST ADD the “$20.00 SATURDAY DELIVERY Item” to your order found under the “ADDITIONAL CHARGES” Category. REMEMBER THE DAY YOU ORDER DOES NOT COUNT AS A SHIPPING DAY. Shipping runs on 24 hour cycles. Noon today to noon tomorrow is one day and so on, weekends do not count.

UPS Waiver: If you choose to waive the UPS Signature requirement which states you request your shipment be left without your signature relieves Valet Tickets .Com from any liability for replacing the merchandise. You can do so by typing a notation in the section marked “Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order”.

If you are not satisfied with any of our Standard Valet Parking Tickets you may return them for a full credit (Less shipping, 15% handling and any other special fees).You will be issued a credit once the product is received and Inspected by ValetTickets.Com. Custom Tickets are not able to be returned for credit of any kind.

You must call for a Return Authorization Number before you ship the product back. You are responsible for all shipping cost back to ValetTickets.Com

Please be advised that this process can not be undone once the request is made.
