The Customer and the Company agree that cars are accepted for parking only. No Liability for vandalism, fire, theft or damage in any case except through our own negligence. In no event will we assume liability for
damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or other equipment failure. The Company is only responsible for vehicle key ($25 maximum payment for lost key).
Customer and Company agree that all claimed damage or loss must be reported and itemized by Customer to attendant in writing before car is taken from the facility. Once the car taken from facility no claim for damage can be made. The Company reserves the right to choose the person and place for repairs. The Company is not responsible for loss of use.
The Company is not responsible for any items of personal property left in car. This agreement cannot be changed by any employee. No exceptions.

Second Stub of the 4-Part Custom Hotel Valet Tickets Tags has a hole for the key ring and three lines to fill in the vehicle information. Example: Make, Model, Color, Location…
Second Stub has a Large Number and should be placed inside the Vehicle on the dashboard so that you can view it through the windshield.
Third stub has a number on it which can be an office copy or receipt.
Forth stub is the claim check and should be given to the customer when they arrive.
